Ciara has allegedly filed a $15 million defamation lawsuit against her ex Future. The singer, formerly engaged to Future and mother to their son Future Zahir Wilburn, hit the rapper with the suit for criticizing her parenting skills and her relationship with Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson to promote his music, according to TMZ.
The documents reportedly cite Future's interview with Power 105.1's The Breakfast Club where he targeted Wilson for a photo that surfaced of him pushing baby Future in a stroller. The "Commas" hit maker stated at the time, "Leave my son out of all publicity stunts."
Future also slammed Ciara on Twitter in January over child custody, tweeting, "This bitch got control problems... I gotta go through lawyers to see babyfuture...the fuckery for 15k a month. I jus want babyfuture that's all. I been silent for a year & a half..I ran outta patience."
TMZ cameras followed an alleged process server, who apparently handed Future papers at Los Angeles International airport. Ciara reportedly believes Future's comments were made with malice and wants to block him from speaking out on family matters in the future.
