Chris Brown Denies Baby Mama’s Claims: ‘I Don’t Smoke Around My Daughter’

Chris Brown’s baby mama drama continues.
Nia Guzman is claiming that the singer’s weed and cigarette smoking has contributed to their daughter Royalty’s asthma. Brown responded by denying the allegations in a since-deleted Instagram post.
“I quit cigarettes on New Years,” he said in the caption. “No one smokes around my daughter…I take care of my daughter and I would never ever put her in a position that will harm her.”
Brown went on to claim that Guzman’s accusations were “obviously a play to get some sort of increased income.” According to TMZ, Guzman is indeed looking to earn $16,000 a month in child support, a bump up from their current $2,500 per month agreement.
In October, Guzman and Brown agreed to co-parent their child and in December, the singer released his latest album, which was named after their baby, Royalty. The project features an ode to their bundle of joy titled “Little More (Royalty).”
